The 6 storey building on one of Melbourne’s main thoroughfares was in urgent need of repairs to it’s concrete elements and sealed façade joints. The owners also requested that the appearance of the charcoal coloured façade be given a lift.
Vertitech Australia were awarded the contract to undertake extensive concrete repair works, replacement of defective sealant and the application of a decorative anti carbonation coating in vibrant green and vivid white.
Working closely with both Melbourne City Council and the project architects, Gray Puksand, Vertitech Australia was able to provide an outstanding finish with no impact or risk to the public.
