Exposure to the elements had led to delamination of the rendered façade from the pre-cast structure causing some render to detach from the building.
Vertitech Australia completed extensive pinning works , with over 12,500 individual stainless steel fixings installed in to the façade to secure the delaminated render back to the underlying concrete structure. Vertitech Australia also installed a specialized parapet eaves support system to the perimeter of the building. Finally, an elastomeric protective and decorative coating was applied to the entire façade, at total area of some 8,000 m2.
